You can request a return authorization within 30 days of delivery.
Please follow the return instructions below:
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a RMA form. We cannot accept any returns without this form.
Include the following information in your email...
A) First and last name
B) Order number
C) Number of boxes you are returning.
Within 2 business days you will receive a completed RMA form. Please print this and send it with the returned merchandise. We require this so that we can match your return with your purchase.
2. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and must email us the tracking numbers once shipped.
3. Please ensure your return is sent within 2 weeks of receiving an RMA form.
4. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.
5. All returns should be sent back in the original packaging. We cannot stress how important it is to ensure the tiles are packed safely. Any damaged tiles will be deducted from your refund. You may consider insuring your returned merchandise.
6. For customers in the USA, please allow up to 30 days for us to process a refund. We have a return address for you in WA State to help reduce your return shipping costs. Once they arrive, we'll need time to retrieve them from the return address.
Please note, we do not accept returns on samples or clearance items.
